After gross removal of granulation tissue wirh P3 serrated Lucas curette, the P3 micro degranulator removes the last remnants of granulation tissue, especially from the narrow apex of an extraction socket where conventional instruments are too large to fit. Double ended instrument for mesial and distal surfaces.
